This add claims some ridiculous stuff. First it claims that the water filter they sell can energize water, permanently adding electrons and changing the hydrogen bond angles. This can only be done with a constant input of energy and usually causes the immediate break down of the water molecule.
Second, they state that the angle of the hydrogen bonds used to be 108 degrees! Its a calculated 104.5 degrees. This article preys on the uninformed.
