Exaggerated Claims (Posted: 11/19/2008)
These sites mistakenly portray Gardasil as the "cervical cancer vaccine" in their titles when in reality it is a vaccine that protects against certain strains of the human papillomavirus (HPV) which can cause cervical cancer. Thus, the titles exaggerate what the vaccine does as it does not necessarily prevent all forms of cervical cancer.
